A Museum on Main Street exhibition organized by the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service.  Funded through the Michigan Humanities.  The exhibit is a six-week programmatic event starting off with a Soup-r-STEW tasting of Presque Isle County on March 21, 2020 at the Rogers City Area Senior and Community Center with live music from Homespun musical artists.

The Crossroads interactive exhibit highlights small towns rural America.  It explores the past, present, and future of rural American communities.  Presque Isle District Library was one of six locations selected to host this exclusive Smithsonian exhibit in northeast Michigan.  

Many events and programs are planned for the public during the exhibit's duration.  The Rogers City Theater will host free film series, art exhibit, community conversations and much more.
